requires the cutting of skin and fat from the patient's buttocks or
abdomen. The fat strips are grafted onto the penis beneath the skin.
The skin and veins of the penis are placed over the fat and sewn
into place.
Disadvantages of fat injection are cysts on the penis, small
lumps in the penis and fat injection getting into the circulation.
Fat injection getting into the circulation has accounted for a
number of deaths. This should be seriously considered before
attempting penis surgery.
